لائحة بالمنظمات الستة التي تتحكم وتدير شبكة الانترنت في العالم !

الانترنت للبعض قد يظنها فقط جوجل وفيسوبك وبعض المواقع الأخرى التي تدخل ضمن ما يسمى بالويب ، هذه الأخيرة التي تعتبر كذلك مجرد خدمة من خدمات الانترنت.طبعا رغم كون جوجل وغيرها من الشركات التقنية الأخرى معروفة ومشهورة أكثر على مستوى العالم ، الا انها لا تمثل الا جزء بسيط في غول كبير اسمه الانترنت .الانترنت عزيزي القارىء هي عبارة عن شبكة عالمية ، تتحكم فيها منظمات عديدة قد تكون لم تسمع بها من قبل . لذلك في هذه التدوينة سنتعرف على هذه المنظمات .

1. مقدمي خدمة الانترنت ( ISPs )
يتم ربط المستخدمين والشركات وغيرهم بالانترنت عبر مقدمي خدمة الانترنت الذين يعرفون اختصارا بـ"ISPs" وهي عبارة عن شركات الاتصال المتخصصة في ايصال الانترنت للمستخدمين و صيانتها في كافة الدول في جميع أنحاء العالم . هذه الشركات هي التي تكون مسؤولة عن ربط المستخدم ،الشركات والمؤسسات المختلفة بشبكة الانترنت . الولايات المتحدة لديها أكبر عدد من مقدمي خدمات الإنترنت . تقريبا 7000 مزود خدمات الإنترنت !


2. هيئة الإنترنت للأسماء والأرقام المخصصة ( ICANN)
هيئة الإنترنت للأسماء والأرقام المخصصة المعروفة اختصارا بـ (الآيكان) منظمة تم تأسيسها دوليا لتتولى مسؤولية توزيع مجالات العناوين في بروتوكول الإنترنت وتخصيص معرَفات البروتوكول وإدارة نظام سجلات المواقع العامة.المنظمة تضمن عدم وجود عناوين مكررة .وهي منظمة غير هادفة للربح . ومع ذلك، فإن قدرت القيمة بمبلغ 100 مليون دولار. تتعامل المنظمة مع البيانات الحساسة والهامة جدا . 

3. فريق عمل هندسة الإنترنت ( IETF )
هيئة عالمية كبيرة وهي منظمة طوعية للتأثير على الناس لتصميم وإدارة شبكة الإنترنت. الدور الرئيسي لهذه الهيئة هو تطوير الإنترنت عبر توجيه مطورين الذين هم على استعداد للبحث وتحسين تكنولوجيا الإنترنت ، من خلال تقديم حلول للمشاكل التقنية التي قد تواجهها.

4. جمعية الإنترنت ( ISOC)
جمعية الإنترنت وتعرف اختصارا باسم "ISOC "هي كذلك منظمة دولية غير ربحية يمكن اعتبارها مكتبة المعلومات المحدثة تأسست سنة 1992 .من مسؤوليتها ضمان معايير ووضع سياسات الإنترنت،  تنظيم و تمكين الإنترنت للاستخدام غير التجاري.لهذه المنظمة أكثر من 90 فرع في جميع انحاء العالم.

5. مجلس هندسة الإنترنت (IAB )
هذه الهيئة هي المسؤولة عن التطور التقني و الهندسي لشبكة الإنترنت. المنظمة بالتأكد تسهر على النظام العالمي الإنترنت ومراقبته حتى يعمل بكفاءة . العاملين في هذه المنظمة  مسؤولين عن المحافظة على معايير الانترنت وبروتوكالتها مثل TCP (بروتوكول التحكم بالإرسال ) و IP ( بروتوكول الإنترنت) .

6. الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات (ITU )
يتعامل الاتحاد مع قضايا تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الدولية. المنظمة هي المسؤولة عن ترددات الراديو على الأرض وكذلك الفضاء. يحدد الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات سياسات عادلة للمنظمات الأخرى.هذه المنظمة هي بمثابة محكمة الانترنت على مستوى العالم ،تضمن العدالة بين كافة الدول ،وقد وقعت 89 دولة على معاهدة هذه المنظمة .
